I know someone with anxiety will read this and think to themselves this isn’t possible. I know that because that’s what I would’ve thought. But just as you don’t go from never having run, to running a 5k overnight- I didn’t go from paralyzing anxiety to making myself think good thoughts right away. It takes time and practice. But it’s possible. (And by the way, I don’t think good thoughts all the time and I’m still working on this every day and this reminder is for me.)
