I typically say to myself- what would 30 year old Pam thought if she read this? In this case, I would have thought – so much pressure! AND – I AM making good choices! I think I would tell her this. “This isn’t meant to pressure you. This is about your opportunity to create a life for you that feels light, not heavy. This is about you not seeing the power inside of you to change the way you approach life. There’s a whole other world out there. You know there is, otherwise you wouldn’t be searching for it. #power #youarenotavictim
