Today I’m just not here. I’m just not here enough to write.
But I do want to say one thing.
If you are out there reading this and you are doing the hard work of healing, growing, changing habits, learning, waking up – I want you know to you are doing great. You’ve made a decision. You’ve decided you are capable of making a shift happen. And that is THE decision. It’s not easy, especially when you feel alone. But you aren’t alone. I’m here. And there’s a lot of us out there doing this work. Hang in there.
